Shipping Terms & Conditions – Dream Shippers
Our shipping charges include Dream Shippers’ service fees, free locker storage for 30 days, flexible return handling, product eligibility checks, item photos, secure packing, customs documentation, and express delivery (3–5 business days).
All displayed shipping rates include fuel surcharge, but the final amount may change monthly depending on updated fuel surcharge percentages.
An 18% GST will be applied as per Government of India regulations.
Shipping weight is calculated based on the higher value between:
Actual weight, and
Volumetric weight
(standard courier rules apply).
Our shipping price does not include customs duty, VAT, import taxes, or any clearance or administrative charges imposed at the destination country.
If such charges are applied, the receiver is responsible for paying them directly.
Shipments with a declared value above INR 25,000 will require additional clearance.
An extra fee of INR 4,000 will be applicable, in addition to regular shipping charges.
A surcharge of INR 3,045 applies for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach postal codes.
Remote area classification is based on the official lists provided by DHL and FedEx.
Any single piece in a shipment exceeding 120 cm in length requires special handling.
A non-standard handling fee of INR 8,500 per piece will be charged.
Dream Shippers does not ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Libya, Mali, Niger, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Somalia.
A maximum of 70 kgs (including packing) is allowed in one shipment when shipped via air.
